Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles is hosting the 9th annual Southeastern Designer Showhouse in benefit of local nonprofit Camp Twin Lakes.
Tours of the newly constructed private home at 42 Putnam Dr. NW in Buckhead will continue through May 12.
This year’s home is a 10,250-square-foot lot built and developed by Benecki Homes, landscape architect Land Plus Associates, and interior specification designer SOURCE. Honorary Chairman of the Southeastern Designer Showhouse are Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos of Williams Papadopoulos Design.
The Tuxedo Park home is a modern interpretation of classic style and features the work of 18 interior design firms and teams from across the Southeast.
Inside, there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three half baths. At the front of the home, a dining room perfect for parties welcomes guests, while a wood-paneled study serves as a cozy retreat. Located just off the family room, the primary suite spans the entire depth of the home and has views of the backyard.
On the terrace level, the recreation room opens onto the backyard, where a bar area, covered porch and billiards room provide ample space for entertaining guests. The home also features an upstairs lounge and exercise room with a sauna, full bath, and steam shower.
The home is open to the public for tours Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. General admission tickets are available at the door for $45.
There is no parking available on site. Parking and door-to-door shuttle transportation are available at Piedmont Center, 3535 Piedmont Road, Atlanta, GA 30305. For maps and more information, visit SoutheasternShowhouse.com.
