Syracuse, New York —junior Cori McMillan On Sunday, the 13th/15th ranked Virginia Tech Hokies lost 6-2 to the Syracuse Orange, going 1-for-3 with an RBI.
2nd grade Lindsey Grain (12-4) came out of the bullpen for Virginia Tech (38-11-1, 18-6) in the loss. The right-hander pitched four innings, allowing three hits, two runs, zero earned runs, four walks, and five strikeouts.
