Best Information Systems MBA Programs – #3.1st place open to public
Best Business Analytics MBA Programs – #36 (New).14th place General
Best Full-Time MBA Programs – #50 (tie). General 26th place (tie)
Best Part-Time MBA Programs – #60 (tie). General 40th place (tie)
Tucson startups: Startup Tucson has been named a Stage 1 winner of the 2024 Growth Accelerator Fund Competition by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Startup Tucson is recognized for its approach to advancing small business research and development in agriculture and food innovation from idea to market through the FEAST (Food, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Science and Technology Ecosystem of Arizona) program. He will receive a prize of $50,000.

Golder Ranch Fire District: Golder Ranch Fire District won the Association of Government Finance Officers’ Budget Presentation Award.
To receive the budget award, fire districts had to meet nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation.
Pima County Economic Development: Pima County Economic Development Director Heath Vescovi-Chioldi has been named Economic Developer of the Year by the Arizona Economic Development Association.
Vescovi-Chioldi has been serving as the county’s economic development director since 2022. Under his leadership, the department has made strides in attracting new businesses to the county, business retention and expansion, and workforce development.
Hughes Federal Credit Union: Mr. Hughes received two awards from San Miguel High School’s Corporate Work Study program.
The credit union received the 15 Year Partnership Award for its long-term commitment to developing local youth. We also received the Student Choice Award, recognizing Hughes as a best place to work for students who engage in meaningful work, learn essential skills, and foster professional growth. said a news release.
The San Miguel program provides high school students with real-world work experience in a variety of industries.
