Arturo Tedeschi collaborates offsite with stud-io
as artificial intelligence It continues to permeate industries such as architecture, engineering, and construction, and designers are now creating amazing concepts for complex structures and buildings. Demonstrate how these AI designs can move from the realm of generating visual representations of conceptual designs to construction implementation; Arturo Tedeschi We are collaborating with STUD-IO and Wies Offsite. From concept design The middle of a journey3D mesh models, and complex steel structures, their projects are designed and built with AI.

The process started like this computational designer Arturo Tedeschi conducted a series of design studies using the AI tools Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. The image was then transformed into his 3D mesh model using an algorithm-based edge detector, complete with triangulation algorithms and manual adjustments. A complex model was then built with the help of STUD-IO. software StudFinder streamlines the modeling and detailing process to ensure accuracy in mockup creation. Intelligent manufacturing tools can automatically generate manufacturable solutions for any design by understanding manufacturing and assembly constraints.
This software generated machine files for a FrameCAD steel stud roll forming machine located offsite at Wies Offsite. construction company Based in St. Louis, Missouri. Wies Offsite manufactured and assembled this mockup’s complex frame in one day. “This efficiency is particularly remarkable, especially considering the precision and customization required to ensure that every component seamlessly fits the precise 3D shape of the design.” Tedeschi points out:
