Chelsea are fast-tracking their plans ahead of the summer transfer window as they look to strengthen a squad that finished sixth last season.
Crystal Palace ace Michael Oliseh has been linked with a main transfer target and the Blues are doing all they can to secure a deal for the 22-year-old.
Chelsea agreed to sign the winger last summer using his then £35million release clause but the deal fell through after Palace were unhappy with the way the Blues approached Ollie.
The Frenchman has signed a new contract with an increased release clause of around £60 million but the Blues are back again this summer and will not be discouraged by that.

It was reported last week that Chelsea had contacted Crystal Palace to ask permission to speak to his agent and the club are confident they can get a deal done, despite interest from Bayern Munich, Newcastle and Manchester United.
O’Olisz is thought to want to decide his future before the Olympics, where he will play for France, and with Chelsea’s main target having been spotted in France as the country begins its preparations, the Blues will need to work day and night to get a deal done.
